TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accepting these Terms & Conditions,

You agree to be legally bound by the following terms & conditions.

  • It is mandatory for all the guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18. Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed. Guests residing in the same city are not allowed

  • Hotel Hyatt Place has the right of refusal of entry if the booking is in violation of their rules. No refund would be applicable in case they deny check-in under such circumstances.

  • The standard check-in time and check-out time is mentioned on the page. Please make your reservation accordingly as early check-in or late check-out might not be possible.

  • Please note that almost all the rooms/halls have a certain capacity for the guests/room, it is mentioned on the page. This limit is strictly followed.

  • Cancellation / Modification is allowed as per the property's terms and conditions. For any kind of cancellation or modification, the Guest must raise the request at least 5 days before check-in. Request can raise from user log in page under “Manage Booking Section“ . Please note any kind of update depend on policy we just take request before 5 days that not mean to accommodation allowed cancellation or modification. Based on updates detail you will get via call / Mail and on log in page under "Manage Booking section" under your request details.  

  • A booking confirmation is an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your request for accommodation. However, it is subject to hotel's management’s modification/cancellation in case of any unfavourable situation, and the Hyatt Place's management cannot be held responsible or liable for any such changes.

  • Any dispute arising out of this service shall be subject to Madurai jurisdiction.

  • We may change these terms at any time by posting notifications online.

  • Please note that in case of any incident/event, our liability is limited to the convenience fee only. Our services are provided to the best of our ability and the information we have received from others. Any information, opinion, statement, recommendation or anything whatsoever shall not form a guarantee. Whilst we can advise you but it is your responsibility to ensure that products and services meet your particular needs.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation done beyond 15 days from the date and time of check-in, 100% room rent will be refunded.

2. Cancellation done within 15 days and before 24 hours from the date and time of check-in, only 50% room rent will be refunded.

3. Request to cancel the booking after check in time will not be entertained. (No Refund)

4. Request to partial cancellation after booking confirmed will not be entertained.

5. Once Booking Confirmed no upgradation will be entertained.

6. The Amount of booking will be refunded into your account within 15 Working days.

No show Policy

1. In case the guest holds a booking but does not arrive on the arrival date then 100% amount for the booking gets forfeited and the bhaktanivas will charge the entire amount from the guest.

2. Management reserves the right to pay or not to pay any amount to the guest in case of no show.Payment will be made through online. Refund will be processed within 15 working days.

NB: The mattress charges will be Rs.1999/-(including GST) for booking from 1st July,2024. The excess differential amount to be paid in offline mode at the time of check-in.
